Reminder to Self:
Keep that little fat buddha in the forefront of your mind. You have so much to be thankful for. Every human being is dealing with some struggle, and kindness is the best medicine (and it costs nothing).
A lot of things are changing for people in my life, and thus, changing for me. Their lives affect mine, and I’ve had an up and down time lately trying to keep my head. But I’ve got two feet on the ground, and I know this is how life is. It’s dynamic – ebbing and flowing – changing every day, like the ocean.
Just like the ocean.
And all we can do is paddle out, despite the conditions, and ride the waves. We HAVE to go with it. I’m understanding this now. As long as I have my board, I feel confident I can handle anything the swells of life bring in.
And now I find myself not anxious but excited for what comes next.
